The selection of Sophos was made by a team that included representatives from the College of Arts and Sciences, UW Medicine, the College of Engineering, the Department of Atmospheric Sciences, the Tacoma and Bothell campuses, Purchasing, and UW Technology. Separate Sophos installers are included for faculty/staff and for students, and you can. Contact [email protected] for assistance. Sophos Anti-Virus should already be installed on your UW-owned equipment. If it is not, please contact [email protected] Sophos Home Premium is available for use on your personal equipment. Scan all external hard drives and thumb drives, particularly if they've been shared with others.

UW CEE provides students with the latest software programs and computer support, enabling them to complete homework and research projects as seamlessly as possible.
CEE IT support staff are ready to help students with general computing questions, including those related to the following:
